Donations & Refunds

LectureVoice is free to use. Donations are entirely optional: they help cover the cost of running the Service, and they do not unlock any features. This page explains how donations work and when we refund them.

1. How donations work

• You can choose to donate after your video is ready. You can always skip it.
• You decide the amount: a suggested amount or any amount you choose.
• Donations are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• A donation is a voluntary gift, not a payment for a product or a subscription. It does not renew.

2. Refunds

Because donations are gifts, they are usually not refundable. We will refund a donation if:

• You donated by mistake, or entered the wrong amount, and tell us within 14 days.
• You were charged more than once for the same donation.
• The donation was made without your permission.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email contact@s39labs.com with the email address you used and the PayPal transaction reference. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal; how long they take to appear depends on PayPal and your bank.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under PayPal's own buyer protection.
